The Rent Fairy was born into a notebook of real estate enthusiast Sarah Elkordi during her early days of a successful Property Management career. Based off a vision to bridge the gap between tenants, agents & landlords, The Rent Fairy was bought to life. Her drive? To take the fuss out of looking for a rental home, taking care of the process from start to finish – search, apply and secure.

 

Proudly holding over 10 years of real estate experience, Sarah commenced her career as a Business Development Manager and proceeded to work in some of the most renown and successful offices throughout Sydney. She then transitioned into a well-respected and knowledgeable property manager, reputable for her ability to build rapport, problem solve and showcase drive and dedication to her clients. 

 

A massive flaw in the real estate industry was clear to Sarah, it was far too common for real estate offices to prioritise their landlords – their paying clients. Tenants often got left out and were not recognised for the value they provide to the rental market. The truth was neglected – without tenants, no one’s rent was being paid. Subsequently it was evident that something was missing, a helping hand from The Rent Fairy.
